BIO Gabriele Tagi

Gabriele Tagi is since many years Independent Senior Advisor in International Corporate Finance and Business. He focuses mainly on strategic planning, management, and development of innovative international projects. ESG subjects and projects and, more specifically Ethical Finance are always of great interest to him.
His experience and knowledge, matured as advisor and executive/ board member, in large financial groups, space from: general management, financial management, private equity, IPO, banking (private, asset management, commercial, merchant, neo-banking) and international tax.
He is CFO of Kookiejar of Sweden company operating in construction and management of Drone Ports and Vertiports.
He is/ was Advisor for different, mainly innovative, projects in various countries concerning different industries including, for example: automotive, agri-food and real estate.
He matured significant experience, in the Fintech domain, managing different projects and companies which go from Electronic Money up to Innovative Financial Markets (Digital Rights etc.).
He was also Advisor of initiatives related to the use of Artificial Intelligence. Apart from his activity of corporate finance advisor, he owns a marketing and event private firm in Monaco ‘ETICANCE’ whose purpose includes promoting guidelines and concepts of Ethical Finance.
In 2009 /2010 Mr. Tagi was Chief Executive Officer at KBL Monaco Private Bankers, bank incorporated in the Principality of Monaco. Before joining KBL group he worked in Switzerland as Director at Compagnie Monegasque de Banque Suisse Banque Privée with the responsibility of asset management and private banking and, before Switzerland, in Monaco, as Manager of Compagnie Monegasque de Banque and Chief Executive Officer/Chief Investment Officer at Compagnie Monegasque de Gestion, mutual fund management company in the Principality of Monaco.
Prior to joining CMB group Mr. Tagi was Head of Institutional (and UHNI) Asset Management Italy at ABN AMRO Group and member of the Institutional sales and portfolio management committee at ABN AMRO Asset Management Amsterdam. He also worked many years for Banca Commerciale Italiana (now Banca Intesa) as manager of the Treasury and Finance department where he matured a remarkable experience in capital markets, merchant banking (mainly IPOs and privatizations) and credit. He started his career at his family firm, stockbrokers at Milan Stock Exchange.
Mr. Tagi earned a degree in business administration (specialization in Finance) at Bocconi University in Milan with a score of 110/110. He is a Financial Analyst, authorized professional accountant-tax advisor and legal auditor. He is resident in the Principality of Monaco since many years. He speaks fluently: Italian, English, French and German.
