Some services may be provided in conjunction with a legal or IT advisor. Ethics & Performance is not an asset management company or regulated financial company however can provide executive managers. 

The structure of our remuneration is quite flexible and envisages different solutions depending on the assignments and tasks:

The First hour is free just to understand the client’s needs and how and if we can be of help.

​

 Some examples of our consulting fee structure follow:

 

A) For pure consulting:

 

+An Hourly Consultancy fee is generally envisaged as, as well as packages involving a certain number of consulting hours can be agreed.

​

B) For Management/ Directorship/ Temporary Management:

​

+ A Monthly Flat Rate Remuneration + Bonus can be agreed (it can be formalized as a consulting contract for an extended period)

​

C)For Projects requiring an extended period to be implemented (For instance: Strategic Business Plan, Teasers and other necessary documents for Fund raising + Fund Raising)

+A Retainer in cash + success fees (eventually to be paid in equity) can be agreed.

 

D)Other hybrid forms of remuneration cash + equity can be discussed.
